Ingredients
- Green garlic (chopped) 100 grams
- Green coriander leaves – 50grams
- Green chillies 2
- Salt 1tea spoon
- Black salt 1tea spoon
- Amchur powder 1 table spoon
Or - Lemon juice 2 table spoon
Directions
* Wash , clean and chopped fresh green garlic and coriander leaves.
* Put all the ingredients in a grinder. Add 3-4 table spoon of water.
*Grind all the ingredients to fine paste.
* Green garlic chutney is ready to serve. Use as required.
