Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh green coriander leaves ( hara dhania)
- 1/2 cup mint leaves ( harachopped)
- 1-2 number of chopped green chillies
- 1 inch of ginger ( chopped)
- 2-3 garlic chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds ( jeera)
- 1-2 green chilli
- 1/2 medium size raw mango ( peeled and chopped) ( kacchi aamia)
Or - 11/2 tsp of dry mango powder ( amchur powder)
- 1 tsp of black salt
- salt to taste
Directions
- Grind kaacha aam , mint leaves ,coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chili ,black salt, common salt, cumin seeds with little water( 1 or 2 tbsp.) to a smooth paste.
- Serve immediately.
