Serving – 2
Ingredients –
Black grapes – 40 or 1 cup of black fresh grapes juice
Sugar syrup – 5 table spoon
Black salt – 1/2 tsp tea spoon (1/4 tsp ea ch glass)
Roasted cumin seeds 2 pinch each glass
Lemon juice 2 tbs ( table spoon)
Some ice cubes
Soda water or soft drink as required. ( kinley / lehar/ sprite
Method –
For juice – –
1– puree the grapes in juicer/ grinder.
Strain the juice in a strainer.
Grape juice is ready for use.
For sugar syrup – –
2– Take a pan add 1/2 cup of sugar in it and 1/4 cup of water.. Mix well switch on the gas.. Put the pan on gas on high heat. Stir occasionally. Let all sugar dissolve in water. Switch of the gas.
Let it cool down completely.
Sugar syrup is ready to use.
For roasted cumin seeds –
Take a tava on gas. Switch on the gas. Take one tbs of cumin seeds (jeera). Roast it in high heat for 3-4 minutes. Switch off the gas. Let them cool down.
Grind in the grinder.. Cumin powder is ready to use.
For drink (Mocktail)
2– Take a tall glass.. Pour half of juice in a glass. Add 1 tbs of lemon juice, 2 tbs of sugar syrup, 2 pinch of roasted cumin powder, 1/4 tsp of black salt. Mix well with spoon. Add ice cubes and soda water. Stir well with straw.. Mocktail is ready to drink. Sip with straw.
